Privacy at RouteServe.

This is a plain-language summary, not the final legal policy. A full, reviewed privacy policy will be published before public launch.

Driver location

A business's location is shared publicly only while it is actively broadcasting a live route. The moment a route is paused or ended, the public location is removed — customers cannot see the current location, last-known location or route history. Detailed location history is private business data and is never exposed on the public customer page.

Customers

Customers need no account and no app to view a business's page. If a customer chooses to share their own location for distance and ETA, it is used on their device to calculate how far away the business is and is not required to use the page.

Data we hold

For businesses we hold account and business-profile details and route data needed to run the service. We keep detailed location history only as long as it is needed and aim to minimise what we store.
